Tim Allen
Buyer's Agent and Director
With over two decades of experience as a property investor, Tim Allen purchased his first rental property in 2003. For over a decade, he has also served as a finance broker, offering valuable advice on property acquisition. Over the last three years, Tim has dedicated himself to guiding others on purchasing homes.
Tim is passionate about property as a vehicle for building wealth in Australia. He emphasises three essential elements:
- Having a strategic plan for wealth growth,
- Receiving tailored advice to refine and execute that plan, and
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as life circumstances change (typically every 2 to 3 years).
Drawing from his own extensive property portfolio and diverse investments, Tim aims for financial independence and is committed to helping others achieve the same through effective property strategies. He particularly enjoys assisting First Home Buyers, having had a challenging experience with his first property purchase at the age of 18, which was initially intended as an investment due to poor advice. To prevent others from facing similar challenges, Tim established his Buyer's Agents and Finance Broking business, focusing on saving time for clients and uncovering diamonds in the rough to ensure optimal property strategies are implemented.
